Qi Gong – April

This class will focus on deep breathing techniques and slow rhythmic arm movements with the aim of improving blood circulation, proper posture, strengthening muscles and aiding the digestive system. Qi Gong also helps calm the mind and relax the body. This class works well for reducing stress and anxiety, can be done sitting or standing.
