Low impact water-supported exercise for developing cardiovascular fitness. Up-beat, simple, energetic routines that keeps you moving. All aerobic exercise can be done at the individuals own pace. Flotation devices and workout equipment provide.
Participation in this class only requires a punch card or day pass that can be purchased at the pool. Classes will start June 25th.

Instructor Aid Course
Introduces swim lesson teaching skills for young and aspiring teachers. Students will learn how to manage a swimming class as well as swim instructing techniques and skills. Volunteer teaching opportunities will be available for students who take this class. Ages 11 and up
Adult Swim Lessons/Stroke Improvement
Specialty instructors can help you learn to swim, improve your stroke technique, get introduced to lap swimming or prepare to compete in triathlons. No experience necessary. Ages 15 and up

Private Swim Lessons
Perfect for those who have never swum before or are looking for specialized help. Lesson request forms are available at the parks and recreation office. Come down the Parks and Recreation District office located at 296 S. Main St, to schedule your private lessons.
Cost - $30/half hour.
Introduction to Life Guarding
In this class students will be introduced to basic life-guarding skills, including: in and out of water rescues, introduction to CPR and first aid, and other lifesaving training. This class is appropriate for ages 12-15.
